I have thought those little kids should get OFF OF THERE for weeks now.I don't like Dot Dot Dot either.
Oh - - - I didn't watch last night's episode yet, though I DO think I taped it. Who got voted off LAST night?
Just watched the show - - - FIRST - - - YES!!! Dot, Dot, Dot is G - O - N - E!!!Second, The Clark Brother's and Six Wire have such wonderful harmony/blend in their vocals. Completely different than Denver's Swing Band sound.I like Denver's band tremendously, but its such a different style than the other two I don't know how they will do in the voting.Light of Doom stinks. If they are back on next week it is only because they got every musically illiterate teeny bopper in the country to vote for them.
Keetha, I'm not sure you effectively communicated your opinion. :)Seriously, though, I agree. Dot Dot Dot just annoyed me. Ick. And LOD--what parents in their right (sober) minds would allow their children to, well, be LOD?? Makes me shudder.
LOL Amy!!!After I wrote that, I googled LOD And DDD to see if my comments would come up on the first google list, they did not. BUT, if they had I was coming back here and delete them. My intent was to have a little discussion in this little corner of the blogosphere and not have it go any further.:-)
LIGHT OF DOOM IS GONE!!!!
We were so thrilled that the three bands who should have made it to the final three, did. The Light of Doom fans were standing and cheering with Denver. Now we'll just have to wait and see who wins!
I'll predict:Though I really do like Denver, I'm not sure his records would have the market that Six Wire would.I think Six Wire will get the contract.I also think that ALL THREE OF THESE BANDS have had enough exposure now to really give their band a career kick.I've really enjoyed the show.
Oh - - - while I also really like the Clark Brothers, some of their songs "need" more fill - - - they are best when they ALL sing in close harmony.I think MUSICALLY Denver is the best - - - the talent they have is astounding.
Actually, it's probably better for Denver if he doesn't win - he'd still get a contract from someone and wouldn't have to accept the producers' contract with all it's requirements. I'll guess we'll know soon enough!
